Continente Equilíbrio Bars Review — Peanut, Hazelnut, Cashew & Cranberry
We think the Equilíbrio Barras Amendoins, Avelãs, Cajus & Arandos are a great little health snack to keep on hand.
They are quite small, but they will keep you going uninterrupted for a bit and include lots of health fats, some protein, and fiber.

They do have quite a bit of honey as a natural sweetener, which we love to see as it’s also an energy an immune boost for most, however some watching their sugar intake may need to keep this in mind.
Rating: 4/4 — Love it!!
