Aldi Mozzarella Cheese Comparison — Cucina Nobile vs Milsani
Aldi’s everyday dairy brand is Milsani, whereas their specialty Italian product line up is branded Cucina Nobile, (yes, I also thought it was Cucina Noble).
When we noticed both Mozzarella cheese offerings in the dairy aisle simultaneously, we thought it was perfect timing for a head-to-head taste test.

Which Aldi Mozzarella Cheese Is Better?
Cucina Nobile comes at a bit of a higher price point as it is Aldi’s specialty Italian brand. We felt the Cucina Nobile Mozzarella cheese slices had more flavor whereas the Milsani Aldi mozzarella cheese slices had a smooth and creamy texture.
It’s not every day that you have the option to buy them both, but if you do why not grab a pack of each and do your own head-to-head taste test?!
