Which is Better — Aldi or Lidl Greek Yogurt
Aldi and Lidl both offer an economical “tub” of greek yogurt sweetened with cane sugar.
I find the overall taste and texture of Aldi’s Lyttos Greek Yogurt to be more enjoyable than Lidl’s Milbona Greek Yogurt.
Lidl’s Greek Yogurt has a thicker, heavier texture, but it’s worth noting that it has an extra gram of protein per 100 grams.

If you’re looking for more protein, go with Lidl’s Milbona Greek Yogurt.
If you’re looking for light and tasty Greek yogurt that’s easy to eat, go for Lyttos from Aldi.
Either one does great in a smoothie or as the base for a beautiful parfait as seen above. For an extra nutritious punch, and more fiber, add some soaked chia seeds!
