Bayfront Park — Miami, Florida
Bayfront Park is a lovely place to take a stroll in downtown Miami, with palm trees lining the walkways and beautiful views across the waterfront.

It’s a great spot to slow down for a little while and enjoy the sunshine, sea mist, nautical activities.

As you wander through the park, besides plenty of palm trees along the water, keep your eyes out for colorful artwork painted on planters!

These works of art were done by Ariel Celestino Hernández aka “El Pintor de las Curvas”, a Cuban artist in Miami.

It’s great to see cities supporting local artists in this way and it adds a lot of character!

We always keep our eye out for local art in public spaces, like these stunning murals in Aruba.

We also spotted the SeaFair mega yacht during our visit, adding another interesting sight to the waterfront.

You can actually see cruise ships from Bayfront Park since it’s located along Biscayne Bay across from PortMiami.

That can be really fun if you’re in town ahead of a cruise as you start to get even more excited for embarkation day!

If you’re exploring downtown Miami, Bayfront Park is worth adding to your walk.

It’s an easy way to enjoy some greenery, waterfront views, and a different perspective on the city.
