What We Ordered
Chili Beef Shumai — $8.95
For sure you know by now that we love dumplings and these did not disappoint.

In fact they were so delicious I could have easily slammed 2 trays of them and called it a day. :p

Mixed Green Salad — $8.95
w/ baby gem lettuce, red radish, pickled daikon, cucumber, tomatoes, and shoyu sesame vinaigrette

We had actually ordered the Cabbage salad with green papaya, toasted peanuts, mint, Thai basil, tomatoes, and crispy shallots, but received the above salad instead.
The salad was so beautiful that we didn’t even mention the mix up.
Shoyu Ramen — $17.95
w/ ajitama, menma, chasu, kamoboko, & nori.
By now you know we have a hard time passing up Ramen.

Everything was incredibly vibrant visually and to the taste buds.
These are the kinds of restaurant finds when traveling that you remember for a really long time to come. They make a trip truly memorable.
