Ultimate Family Treehouse Cost
Everyone saying the new Royal Caribbean Treehouse Suite is $200,000 are not wrong, but not conveying 100% accurate information either.
I get it though. We all know this new Hero of the Seas suite is going to cost an outrageous amount of money and we kind of want to see the craziest possible price tag, so we like seeing the $200k headlines in a way. 😂
But the truth is, that unbelievably-expensive-to-the-average-human-being-on-planet-earth price is for a sailing that is notoriously over-priced on any ship, any cruise line, any itinerary.
Do you know which one?
It’s for the 7 Night Perfect Day CocoCay & Caribbean Holiday sailing. This cruise departs Miami on December 23, 2027 and sails over the Christmas Holiday — one of the most expensive times of year to cruise.

What is the Best Price for the Ultimate Family Treehouse Suite on Hero of the Seas?
As always, pricing is dynamic and can change at any moment.
On launch day initial research I saw a sailing for $47,143 per person. So yes, a starting rate for 2 in the Royal Caribbean treehouse is really pretty close to $100,000 for a week-long sailing. 🙈
And that’s half as much as a lot of articles are buzzing about (since they are referencing that holiday sailing in particular).
But this kind of makes me think back to cold Pennsylvania winters.
Once the temperatures dip so low below freezing, in a way it all feels the same, doesn’t it?
Like.. it’s COLD. 🥶
It stinkin’ freezing cold. And it sort of doesn’t matter if its 10 degrees (-12°C) or 2 degrees (-16°C) at the end of the day you’re freezing, you’re bundling up like Ralphie and you’re minimizing time outside because you value your life and want to keep all your digits (aka fingers and toes). 🐾
All that little winding road of words to say… does it matter if it’s 100k a week or 200k a week?
Not really. It’s out of reach for 99% of people. (Note: Not real statistics 😂)
The 1% of people who can afford it consider it all pocket change anyways, so 100k or 200k is a drop in the bucket for them. (No judgement, just stating facts).
But for the rest of us 99% who could never, would never, you can bet your bottom dollar we are having a field day inspecting this cruise ship treehouse and having endless watercooler chats about it’s price tag and how we’d alternatively spend that cash….
Namely how many cruises we would take with $200,000. 😉
