Madeira’s Pão Quente
We had the chance to stop in recently to a cute little Portuguese cafe in the village of Santa Catarina in Algarve, Portugal.
They have a large selection of homemade pastries and freshly baked breads to enjoy in their large indoor space or outside!

Pastel de Nata
With so many choices it can be hard to make a decision, but when in doubt in Portugal go for the trusty Pastel de Nata!
With a flaky exterior and a creamy, egg custard center this is a textural delight. Top with cinnamon if you’d like!
