Smoked Salmon Toast with Avocado, Arugula, Tomato and Balsamic

Each guest could choose a coffee or tea of their choices as well as a fresh squeezed juice.

Our first course was avocado toast with smoked salmon, sliced cherry tomatoes, arugula and a balsamic drizzle.

Scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon provided some more protein for this brunch.

I felt like I was at an English Afternoon Tea when the sweets towers came out!

An assortment of donuts, mini bundt cake with Nutella filling, and chocolate mini bundt cake with whipped cream filling were presented.

I had a wonderful time at MB Cakes Brunch & Coffee. It was a special occasion, one which warmed my heart to be a part of and the ladies at MB Cakes only made it sweeter.

Their service was welcoming, their dishes were prepared with care and attention to detail, and we had a lovely girls’ brunch in Portugal!
