How big is a 50 cm pizza?

A 50cm pizza in Europe is comparable to a 20 inch pizza in the US. This is an Extra Large pizza at most pizzerias.

Maxi Margherita Pizza 50 — €13.20

It’s hard for a picture to really capture the immensity of this Margherita pizza. It truly is maxi sized and took up the entire width of the table.

If you are two hungry people and only eating a pizza, I recommend the Maxi size and you will be full.

If you’re getting a pizza with a lot of toppings then you may want to stick with Normal size (35cm/14in).

Mr Pizza Review

Mr. Pizza is really a great option for a budget friendly pizza (50cm for €13?!) in the heart of Tavira.

Just a stroll across the river and you and your friends can enjoy a huge, cheese pizza and pop (soda) with your allowance money. 😉

What are the ingredients of an Italian pizza dough?

We loved to see that the pizzas here are made with simple, traditional ingredients — Water, Salt, Wheat, Yeast, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

So you can feel good about eating pizza here!
