What We Ordered — Our Second Visit

We’ve eaten at Acqua e Sale twice. As we work through our content backlog we’ll be adding our photo review from our first visit as well. 8]

Salsiccia e Salame Pizza — €13

Tomato, fior di latte, sausage, salami

This is clearly for a meat lover.

We were impressed with how the crust held up with these toppings!

We probably would skip this pizza next time as the sausage together with the salami was a bit much for us, we decided.

However….

Made in Sud Pizza — €16

S.Marzano D.O.P tomato, burrata D.O.P, Nduja calabrese, slow cooked cherry tomatoes 

We couldn’t skip the pizza with Nduja, of course!

And this was a fantastic pizza, big love for nduja. ❤︎

Made in Sud is part of their Gourmet Pizza collection, so it’s a few euros extra if you’re willing to splash out.

Sagres — €2.50

Portuguese beer brewed in Vialonga, outside of Lisbon.

Our Review — Would We Go Back?

Absolutely we would go back to visit Acqua e Sale any time!

The restaurant is small and can get warm inside, but the pizzas are really nice and so is everyone who works there.

You can also get beautiful salads and fresh pasta at Acqua e Sale in Tavira, the latter of which we have not yet tried.

Good To Know: They are closed Mondays and if you want to go for lunch visit between Tuesday and Friday.
